• Leadership Team Retreats: Leadership groups of 5 or 50 benefit from offsite retreats to get them focused on what matters most to their organizations.  Sue’s facilitation techniques allow leaders to focus on their organization’s opportunities, while she manages the process to make the most out of their limited time.  Retreats can be designed to meet many objectives, including visioning, goal-setting, strategy development, or improving team communication.

• Team Performance Improvement: Teams are the basic unit through which work gets done in today’s organizations, and Sue has several seminars that help them get focused and improve their decision-making and communication.  She has programs targeted to teams with new managers, teams that have been merged, and teams that have just been formed.  She is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicatorâ, and uses it in several ways to increase team awareness and performance.
