This core competency for contemporary leaders and teams and is the requisite skill for creating the "feedback-rich" environment that leads to "high-performance." All participants receive a copy of The Heart of Coaching, a session workbook, a coaching reminder card, and a self-assessment version of "The 7 C's of Transformational Coaching." Participants will identify coaching challenges we face and want to learn more about. The workshop will explore contemporary leadership models & relationship to coaching. Implementation Planning will allow participants to take this leadership/team skill back to work.
