Defect support for Dimensional Job AnalysisTM and Dimensional Job GradingTM is provided by N. E. Fried and Associates, Inc. free of charge for the first 30 days as covered in our license agreement.
We are available to you to provide information systems consulting if you have any specific or unique needs, such as developing non-standard reports or interfacing your corporate data base with the job analysis data base. Fees for this service are $125 per hour.
