This report summarizes the distribution of work by indicating time spent
on each job activity for individual job codes. It can identify any "outliers"
within a job code to indicate potential misclassification, performance,
or training issues. The report can also be used as a basis for a reengineering
study by demonstrating gaps and overlaps in the specific types of work
performed.
This report provides a variety of versions, allowing more specific information
about each position if needed. For example, if you desire to identify
the particular position or positions that may be outliers, you can select
a more detailed version that provides a summary of the distribution of
work for each position within the same job code.
