To review these files, plan on about about 5-10 minutes for each.  You'll get a good idea of what's coming and what to plan for.  I think you'll be impressed with the added functionality.  For example, you no longer have to have Adobe Writer to create PDFs, AND you can send a report via e-mail directly from the system.
